Menu Planning October 10-16 {Plan It Don't Panic Meal Challenge}

Monday: Leftover chicken/Rice/Salad

Tuesday: Sesame chicken/Rice/Green beans

Wednesday: Baked pasta

Thursday: Potato soup/Salad

Friday-Sunday: Charis and I will be out of town.  So, I will probably make a soup, and he can eat that all weekend.  I also plan on having pasta that Drew can cook.  Pasta is my husband's comfort food.

For snacks, I have apples, and I'm planning on picking apples on Friday before travelling to PA.  I LOVE fresh apples.  I hope to make pear sauce today or tonight and freeze it.  My parents have two pear trees, and we received the pears from them via my in-laws.
