Longies and Russia-Again {Yarn Along}

I'm still knitting the longies and reading about Russia that I posted last week.  Actually, I dropped a stitch, and haven't fixed it yet (and I'm not very good at going in with a crochet hook and fixing them).  I hate dropping stitches.

Do you know of any good knitting video tutorials that teach how to fix a dropped stitch?

  1. Don't you just hate dropping a stitch? When I was learning to knit, a dear friend would allow me to drop in just about anytime of day for a quick "fix" to whatever happened to be wrong. If I didn't live 3000 miles away, I'd invite you to drop on by and we'd pick that stitch back up -- I have to admit though, that it would be with a crochet hook. :)

  2. I found this YouTube link that's pretty clear: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eliQ0MXID0M

    I know what you mean, I hate them, too. Love the colors you're using for your project.

  3. Good job on the longies! Love the stripes. I recently finished knitting these too. It was my first time knitting short rows.

  4. Haha totally understand what you mean about that. I think I did not pick up my hat because I dropped stitches >< Took me about a year to get back to it! Can you believe it? {Was pregnant at the time and gave birth and now just kind of getting into knitting again--baby is now 1 year!}

    :D don't give up those longies look great!
    And yes would love for you to guest post, Sarah!
    I was so delighted to get your email this morning!
