I’m not going to lie and say it’s just like eating a flour pizza crust because it’s not.She was 100% correct on that. It also did not taste like cauliflower, but rather a bit like a quiche, which I shouldn't have been too surprised because it does call for eggs and cheese in the crust, but I was not sure what to expect. It was also Charis approved, not that I base my standards on what she wants and/or doesn't want, but it was nice that she ate all of her piece of pizza. I will be making this again, probably in my cast iron pan.
Have you eaten pizza crust that was not made out of the usual, flour, yeast, water, sugar, etc.?
If so, did you enjoy it?
