Christmas Knitting & Kanoko Pants {Yarn Along}

After frogging Charis's Kanoko Pants and becoming frustrated because I reached the point where I have thought, "If I didn't frog and start over these pants, I'd be finished with them by now," I decided to take a break and knit Christmas gifts.  Unfortunately I can show the most recent completed present, because the recipient sometimes reads this blog.  So to the left, you have a glimpse of the final gift.  Hopefully after Christmas, I'll post photographs of people wearing their gifts or just the gift itself.  We'll see.

I am back knitting the Kanoko pants.  I have been taking my knitting projects to the park where Charis and I walk.  After we walk, I go into the bathroom to wash my hands and then take Charis to the playground so she can run off some energy.  I'm able to knit 2-5 rows of whatever project I brought.  Yesterday, I brought Charis's longies and knit a few rows between the interruptions of a toddler saying, "Help," since she can not climb onto the sea horse or fish, but is able to climb off.

What are you knitting and/or reading?
Join me over at Ginny's Yarn Along.
