A Week of Sickness {Gratituesday}

Drew was sick with the flu from Tuesday night through Saturday morning last week.  I'm so thankful he's well.  We were also thankful, he was not nauseous.  He had fever, chills, and an achy, painful body.

We're thankful Charis and I did not get it.

I'm thankful for my internet friends who post simple recipes, such as Poor Man's Stew.  I made it on Thursday night and Drew told me THREE times, "This is SO good."  Keep in mind, he was sick and his appetite was pretty much non existent.  Go check out Lisa's recipe.
