Wife, Mummy, Nurse: Sweater {Yarn Along}

Sweater {Yarn Along}

I'm still knitting the sweater for my cousin's baby.  It's a top down sweater and now is rather boring.  Most of it is just a stockinette stitch and it's knit in a round.  Hopefully, I'll be finished with it next week.  I am already looking at possible sweaters to knit for myself.

I am not reading anything new myself-other than my Case Management book for my class.  Charis still loves Dr. Seuss books and thought that Mr. Black was Santa Claus in Hop on Pop.  I don't know why she thought it was Santa Claus; the only thing I tell her about Santa is that, "Santa is not real."  Plus, don't you see the resemblance between Santa and Mr. Black.  {Yes, I'm being sarcastic.}

What are you reading and knitting?

  1. Knitting Top-Down Cardi Wrap of my own hand spun while listening to The Name of the Wind. :)

    btw, if you think it gets boring on an itty bitty baby sweater, just wait until you try an adult sized sweater. And, it gets too big to comfortably carry around with you until it is all done and you can wear it. This is one reason socks and dishcloths are so popular.

  2. I agree with anon... That's why I knit so many smallish projects, too. About the Santa similarity...must be the beard. :)
