How to Get a Free Lunapads Pantyliner Sample and Join the LunaRevolution

This is a sponsored post.

Before my daughter was born, I used tampons and disposable pads when I had my period. I thought nothing of it, but then I started using cloth diapers on Charis and thought, "There's got to be something else for females."  That's when I discovered reusable menstrual pads and menstrual cups. Since making the switch to reusable products, I've noticed my periods are 1-2 days shorter and my cramps are almost non-existent.  Another big plus is, I don't have to worry about getting Toxic Shock Syndrome from wearing tampons.

Lunapads are smart, sustainable alternatives to disposable menstrual pads and pantyliners. Washable menstrual products are easier on the planet as well as your wallet. With no added chemicals, perfumes, plastics or adhesives, they are also easier on your body.

  3. I didn't know switching to cloth pads could help with cramping. I've been wanting to try them since I heard about them over a year ago. But with 2 back-to-back pregnancies and breastfeeding, I haven't had the chance.
