Watching Anne of Green Gables. Only the best movie of all time. When Drew and I eventually go on a honeymoon, we plan to visit Prince Edward Island.
Reading Hello Kitty is not a cat, plus more reveals before her L.A. tour. This is WRONG. If she's not a cat, why did they make her to look like one. If they wanted to make her a girl from London, then make her LOOK like a girl. After reading this, I sarcastically told Charis, "Hello Kitty is not a cat." The 4 year old replied, "You're wrong mama." Newsflash to Sanrio, I'm still going to think and tell my daughter that Hello Kitty is a cat.
Listening to A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. I was supposed to read it my senior year of high school, but I'm ashamed to admit that I read the Cliff Notes version instead. The day we were supposed to discuss it in class, I was away at a basketball tournament. Add the fact that we did not have any papers or tests on the book, I thought, "Why bother?"
Finding a new place to live!!
Charis is SO excited to have her own room.
Mama's excited that they toys will be in her room, instead of scattered everywhere.
My two babies.
I told Charis the other day that she's a blessing, to which she said,
"No, I'm not a blessing." Afterwards it occured to me that she may not know
what a blessing is.
Finishing a pair of shorties for a friend's baby.
Check back on Wednesday to see the final photo.
A student of Drew's.
He was in a major car accident over the weekend and there was a death involved.
We're praying for everyone involved.
