One of my favorite treats to drink is smoothies, usually made with almond milk, whey protein powder, and some strawberries. It's so delicious. I usually buy unsweetened almond milk from the grocery store, but I was told it was so easy to make. I decided to try it out myself.

Directions on how to make almond milk:
- Soak 1 cup of amonds at least 12 hours. I soaked mine overnight.
- After soaking, drain off the water.
- Place almonds in a blender. Add 4-4 1/2 cups filtered water.
- Blend almonds and water.
- Place best nut milk bag over jar. Pour into the Best Nut milk bag, the pulp will be separated from the milk.
- Squeeze until most of the moisture is out.
- Place almond milk in the fridge. Use up within 3 days. Before drinking it, you will need to shake the almond milk up.
