Thinking about Thanksgiving and Christmas!!! This is my FAVORITE time of the year. I have been torturing my husband by playing Christmas on and off music since July. Knitting projects for my nieces and nephew have commenced. Actually, my nephew's is finished. It's just my two nieces' gifts that I need to complete.

We're looking forward to seeing our immediate {and extended} families this week. On Thursday, we'll be at my parent's house for Thanksgiving-having traditional American Thanksgiving food. On Friday, we'll be at my mother-in-law's house eating Italian food for our second Thanksgiving meal.

Listening to Loreena McKennitt, a Canadian musician, but sings Celtic music. For some reason when I hear her sing, I am often moved emotionally, almost to the point of tears, even when I'm not sad.

  3. I love this! I am knitting with circular needles for the first time and wow, it's been really challenging but my hat is almost done! Looking at your work...I'm now thinking I need to learn to switch colors!
