Zubels #Review #Giveaway

With the weather (hopefully) warming up soon, I have been looking to get a cotton hat for my son, since he does not always like wearing the wool hats I've knit for him when it's warmer outside. I was thrilled when I found out about Zubels.

Zubels mades 100% hand knit toys, hats, and sweaters for babies and toddlers. They use eco-friendly low-impact dyes and have minimal packaging to reduce waste. Zubels was started because there was a need for an eco-friendly, yet purposeful toy whose only requirement was a little love and imagination.

My review: I was sent the 6-12 month brown dog beanie hat for review. The only packaging it came in was in a small plastic bag with a label. I loved how cute the hat was. I also liked how soft the hat is. Even though I knit, it's still nice to receive something knit for my son or daughter that I did not make. When I took the hat out of the package, I turned the hat inside out and noticed I had to tie each knot tighter, since the knots looked loose. The biggest downside is the hat has to be hand washed, which I'm used to because of knitting, but others may have an issue with it.
